Jesus begins the parable speaking of the duty of prayer, because prayer moves the heart of God, prayer lifts us when we are about to drop or fall, prayer liberates the oppressed and also through prayer praise and glory to God. If you talk with God through prayer defeat is certain. Even if the moment we are living is very difficult, even though everyone says: That's not a cure for his illness, that you will not be promoted at work, you have no chance in the competition that will do, that your business will fail should pray and not to faint or never lose hope. Because we serve a God who can do all and none of his thoughts can be prevented and in time he will give us the answer. There are people who are about to receive the blessing and not get it to pray, because it perseveres. That is why the apostle Paul instructed the Christians of the church of Thessalonica that they should pray without ceasing, that they should pray to receive the blessing, as we are always in need of a blessing we can not stop praying. This parable has three characters, the first character is the judge who is evil and unjust and above all had all the power to judge and decide the issues in the city, the second character is a widow who is a weak person, unprotected and that was not close and did not know the judge but the judge stated that he thought the cause and solve your problem and the third character that bothered the opponent's widow. There will always be: In your city a judge, wicked, in his work a wicked chief, in his wicked school teacher, but the word of God says: What do we have to fight not against flesh and blood, rather, we do not have be discussing with them, but talking to God, wrestling with God in prayer in the name of Jesus, that he will do justice and we may receive the blessing we so badly need. Sometimes our biggest opponent is not the principalities and powers and spiritual wickedness in high places, most ourselves, our pride, our vanity, our desire for power and status, so we have to talk to God as King David said in the book of Psalms: Search me, O God, and know my heart: try me and know my thoughts. And see if there be any wicked way me and lead me in the way everlasting. The judge was unfair, bad, evil and above all, not fearing God nor men and was not even a little concerned with the needs of the widow and did not meet the request of the widow, because he had no intimacy with the widow or at least knew the widow, he was just but one problem among many processes that they had to judge, but as she was every day in front of him asking, begging, pleading he decided to justice and prosecute its case, just for her stop bothering him. The parable does not say how long it persisted, but the truth is that she endured to receive the blessing, and that has to be our position before our righteous judge who is God, persevere in prayer until we receive the blessing we desire so much. People say to us as it said to Jairus, "Your daughter died because they trouble the master, it is as if to say: Your case, your problem has no solution, but Jairo continued marching with Christ and had his daughter raised, and if you stay praying even in the midst of struggles and tests the Lord will resurrect their dreams that are dead and buried in his heart. The widow had an opponent who had to be overcome, but it only stated that the unjust judge to do justice, so the opponent is barely mentioned in the parable. And we have a God that is just and right, and has people talking in the services more than the opponent in God. The widow's concern was with the attitude of the judge and this has to be the main concern of the servants of the LORD, to seek God every day in the name of Jesus, and when we are in this position, God works in our favor, and Our opponents are defeated by the power of the blood and the name of Jesus. Jesus asked to meditate on the attitude of the courts, on the insistence of the widow, because the judge even though evil and wicked without knowing the widow, he was able to do justice and solve the problem of the widow. And we're a completely different position of the widow, because she did not know the judge, but we know our fair judge, he knows us from the womb of our mothers, and the word of God says, "Thus says the Lord who created you and you formed from the womb, and that will help you Fear not O Jacob, my servant, and thou Jeshurun (my people) have chosen. The Lord also says: Can a woman forget her sucking child, that she should not have compassion on the son of her womb? But even if these forget, I, however, do not forget you. The Lord Jesus also said: Ask, and it is unto you, Seek and ye shall find, knock and opened it you will. For he who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and, when it hits, opens. So we are sure in our hearts that God always bless his chosen (servants) who are steadfast, not get discouraged when they are undergoing a test when they are facing struggles or difficulty, but still remain faithful, praising and glorifying God and crying out to God in the name of Jesus. Even if your blessing is taking, waiting and resting in the Lord, because the Lord will not fail you, but everything happens in God's time. Our greatest achievement is the victory that overcomes the world, which assures us salvation and eternal life in Christ Jesus, and the victory that overcomes the world is our faith. Jesus ends the parable from asking: When Jesus returns he find faith on earth? The disciples did not respond perhaps because they did not know, I do not know, but I do know that the Lord Jesus will find faith in the hearts of all believers in the heart of all who listen and obey the word of God and worship in SPIRIT and in truth. So the faithful church crying. MARANATA. Come, Lord Jesus!
